Sunny time at Wild Wadi

In Dubai, everything has its own theme...even a water park! Located on Jumeirah Beach Road just adjacent to Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab is "Wild Wadi" an ultimate outdoor water park not to be missed by any tourists!

There're over 14 rides for you to choose, from the famous "Jumeirah Sceirah", a 33-meter slide that takes you up to 80 kg/h, a "Master Blaster" described as an uphill water roller coaster and "Flowriders" specially for those who love to surf. For a less thrilling ride for younger family members, try "Summit Surge" or "Rushdown Ravine", the kids will love it!

Overall, this is an enjoyable water park with a spectacular view of Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. And if you're a guest of one of these two hotels then you will instantly gain free access to the park! Admission fee is AED 195 for adults and AED 165 for children under 1.1meter. My advice is to go early (the park opens at 11am) in order to avoid queing for the ride. Closing time varies in each season so check out www.wildwadi.com for more info on that.

You don't even have to worry about your belongings as there's a locker service ( AED 20 and comes with towels) Don't worry about carrying your cash around for food and drinks because they also have this wristband which you can load your money in and get any left credits refunded at the end of the day.

This 12-acre Arabian-themed is truly an oasis amoung the desert city, an attraction worth a visit if you're in town!
